1. Consultation Fees

Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been completed. If a consultation cannot be conducted due to technical issues on our side, we will reschedule the appointment without additional charges.

2. Medicine Orders

Due to hygiene and safety considerations, medicines cannot be returned after delivery except in the following cases: Wrong medicine delivered, damaged package received, manufacturing defect. Requests must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographs.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method. Shipping charges are refundable only if the error was caused by us.

4. International Services

International shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, import fees, and clearance charges are non-refundable. Refunds cannot be issued if: A shipment is refused by customs. Import is prohibited in the destination country. The customer fails to complete customs clearance. Incorrect shipping information is provided.

5. Shipping Policy

Order Processing Medicine orders are processed after: Consultation (where applicable), prescription verification (if required), successful payment. Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days.

6. Estimated Delivery

Domestic Shipping Delhi NCR: 1–3 business days.
Rest of India: 3–7 business days.
International Shipping International shipping is available to selected countries. Delivery times generally range from 7–21 business days, depending on destination, customs processing, and courier services.
International customers are responsible for: Customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST (if applicable), customs clearance requirements Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

7. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout.

8. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.
